The Metropolis of Jacksonville's New Supplier Portal is Now Live!

Observe: If you lot are a current contractor, vendor or consultant (JSEB or not), or if you are interested in supplying services or products to the Metropolis of Jacksonville in the future, this communication affects you.

The City of Jacksonville is streamlining its administrative and financial processes. A key component of this improvement effort is to update the Procurement arrangement and create a new Supplier Portal. The Supplier Portal will get your master advice channel to the Procurement and General Accounting Divisions. The Portal uses software from Oracle Corporation through a secure Spider web-based application. For more information about the supplier portal, please visit the Supplier Portal folio.


The Procurement Segmentation oversees the bidding and purchase procedure for everything the urban center buys, leases or rents — including supplies, equipment, services, printing, warehousing and fifty-fifty insurance and surety bonds. The sectionalization standardizes specifications and ensures compliance with applicable codes, rules and regulations. It also provides central reproduction and mailroom services.
